Privacy
This notice explains what data we collect through the program application, why we use it, how long we keep it and how you can exercise your rights.

An application may include your name and artist name, city and country, email and phone number, year of birth, professional profile, experience, skills, musical interests, biography, motivation, program availability and links to public music, video and social profiles. We also record limited technical data needed to protect the form from abuse.
Purpose and legal basis
We use this data only to receive and assess applications, communicate with candidates, select participants, manage the selection process and, for selected participants, prepare program participation. Application processing is based on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
Where data is stored
The application is stored in a protected program database and as a PDF copy, then synchronised with an internal Google record available to authorised Kult Talents team members. Hosting and storage use Cloudflare infrastructure; the internal record uses Google services. These providers may process data through international infrastructure subject to their contractual and security safeguards.
How long we keep data
Applications from candidates who are not selected are retained for no longer than 12 months after the selection process ends, then deleted or anonymised. Data needed to run the program for selected participants is kept for the duration of the program and no longer than 12 months after it ends, unless longer retention is required by law or to resolve a specific request.
Your rights
You may ask whether we process your data, request a copy, correct inaccurate data, request deletion or restricted processing, or withdraw consent. Email kulttalents@gmail.com. If you believe the processing does not comply with applicable rules, you may contact the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia.
Security and cookies
Application access is limited to the authorised team. We use technical safeguards against unauthorised access, duplicate submissions and automated abuse. A functional cookie remembers language choice, while an application draft is stored only in the active browser tab’s sessionStorage.
Meta Pixel and advertising
With your separate consent, Meta Pixel records page visits and successful applications to measure Facebook and Instagram ad performance and show relevant ads. Meta may then receive the page URL, event type, IP address, browser information and cookie identifiers (_fbp and _fbc). We do not include application contents, names, email addresses, phone numbers or private PDFs in Pixel events; automatic form data detection is disabled. Meta processes this data under its privacy policy, including international processing.
Your advertising choice
The Pixel loads only after you accept advertising cookies. You can choose necessary cookies only and still use the site and submit an application. We remember your choice in browser local storage for up to 180 days. Change it or withdraw consent through the Cookie settings button. Withdrawal stops future tracking and removes Meta cookies on this domain; it does not delete data Meta has already received. A marker in the active tab’s sessionStorage prevents counting an application again.
Changes to this notice
If our processing or service providers change, we will update this page and its revision date. We will notify candidates of material changes affecting an existing application when required.
