Privacy
This notice explains what data we collect through the program application, why we use it, how long we keep it and how you can exercise your rights.

An application may include your name and artist name, city and country, email and phone number, year of birth, professional profile, experience, skills, musical interests, biography, motivation, program availability and links to public music, video and social profiles. We also record limited technical data needed to protect the form from abuse.
Purpose and legal basis
We use this data only to receive and assess applications, communicate with candidates, select participants, manage the selection process and, for selected participants, prepare program participation. Application processing is based on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
Where data is stored
The application is stored in a protected program database and as a PDF copy, then synchronised with an internal Google record available to authorised Kult Talents team members. Hosting and storage use Cloudflare infrastructure; the internal record uses Google services. These providers may process data through international infrastructure subject to their contractual and security safeguards.
How long we keep data
Applications from candidates who are not selected are retained for no longer than 12 months after the selection process ends, then deleted or anonymised. Data needed to run the program for selected participants is kept for the duration of the program and no longer than 12 months after it ends, unless longer retention is required by law or to resolve a specific request.
Your rights
You may ask whether we process your data, request a copy, correct inaccurate data, request deletion or restricted processing, or withdraw consent. Email kulttalents@gmail.com. If you believe the processing does not comply with applicable rules, you may contact the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia.
Security and cookies
Application access is limited to the authorised team. We use technical safeguards against unauthorised access, duplicate submissions and automated abuse. The public site does not use marketing cookies; a functional cookie remembers language choice, while an application draft is stored only in the active browser tab’s sessionStorage.
Changes to this notice
If our processing or service providers change, we will update this page and its revision date. We will notify candidates of material changes affecting an existing application when required.
