FROM GOALS TO PROGRESS
Alongside the guest sessions, the Kult Talents team leads four core programme sessions: goal-setting, progress reviews, event production and final evaluation.
Ivan Vukajlović teaches at the Mathematical Grammar School and has spent years discovering and developing young DJ talent across Serbia. As a member of the Kult Talents team, he is one of the leaders of the internal masterclass sessions.
He is one of the initiators of Kult Talents and works professionally in project management. The programme report lists him as part of the team that jointly led the internal masterclass sessions.
He builds his professional experience through Club Kult and has a background in industrial management. He co-led sessions focused on programme structure, evaluation and event organisation.
